Champagne bollinger Champagne - France
Bollinger is one of the most prestigious and characterful Champagne houses, founded in 1829 in Aÿ. Tenuta Agricola Pesolillo Abruzzo - Italy
Tenuta Agricola Pesolillo is a small, authentic estate with a strong family character. It has been that way since grandfather Domenico and grandmother Carmela bought the first plot of land on a hill just 2 km from the coastline, Monte Rotondo. The soil was once seabed, giving it an enormous mineral richness and lending the wines a refined, vibrant character. True to their philosophy of minimal intervention and climate-neutral production, all vineyards have been farmed fully organically since 2015.
Del Grillo

The Del Grillo estate is a true family business located in the province of Trapani, in Sicily. For three generations now, only organic farming has been practised here, with the largest part of the land used for viticulture. Another significant part is planted as an olive grove, another as an orchard, and a small plot is used to grow durum wheat. The various native grape varieties each undergo individual, minimal-intervention vinification so that every grape can shine to its fullest.

This young family business was founded in 1987 by the Gónzalez-Vázquez family and takes its name from Beade, located on the river Avia in the Ribeiro appellation. Thanks to the unique terroir, this is where fresh, aromatic white wines from Treixadura, Albariño and Loureira are born, alongside elegant red wines from Mencía. Out of respect for nature and tradition, all vineyards are farmed organically.

Tacchino Luigi Piedmont - Italy
In Castelletto d'Orba, on the border of Gavi and Monferrato, the Tacchino family has been producing quality wines from grapes such as Barbera, Dolcetto and Cortese for more than three generations. Today Alessio and Romina lead the estate, where the finest vineyards benefit from a unique natural amphitheatre that shelters them from the north wind.
