De Grillo Estate is a family-owned winery located in the province of Trapani, Sicily. For three generations, the family has been committed exclusively to organic farming, with vineyards forming the heart of the estate alongside olive groves, orchards and durum wheat fields. Each indigenous grape variety is vinified separately with minimal intervention to preserve its pure character. The wines are clarified and filtered without the use of animal-derived products, making them vegan friendly. Three different vineyard sites provide the ideal terroir for each variety. Zibibbo, Grillo, Catarratto and Nero d'Avola reveal their purest expression here, resulting in authentic, mineral-driven wines that are a true delight for every wine enthusiast.
