The family estate, Villa Silvia, is located in the heart of the Chianti appellation. The vineyards themselves are spread across the beautiful hills surrounding Florence. Due to Villa Silvia's strategic location, they are able to showcase a wide range of Chianti wines, each with its own character and local differences. The Salvadori family has been involved in the wine sector since 1930. After World War II, founder Cesari Salvadori decided to dedicate his entire life to wine and acquired the family estate. Meanwhile, the third generation has taken over, leading to modernization at all levels. Old techniques are combined with the latest installations.
