Salvadori - ()

The family estate, Villa Silvia, is located in the heart of the Chianti appellation. The vineyards themselves are spread over the beautiful hills that extend around Florence. Due to the strategic location of Villa Silvia, they can display an extensive range of Chiantis, each with their own character and local differences. The Salvadori family has been involved in the wine sector since 1930. After WWII, founder Cesari Salvadori decided to dedicate the rest of his life entirely to wine and the family estate was purchased. In the meantime, the 3rd generation took over the torch and modernization was carried out at all levels. Old techniques are combined with the latest installations. The Chianti from Villa Silvia is also presented in the classic “fiasco di paglia” because with real Tuscan cuisine, a Chianti in the typical round bottle with straw around it is a must of course!
