100% Kisi. Pale in colour with golden hints naturally characteristic of this grape variety. Aromas of quince and peach are complemented by tropical notes. Soft and velvety yet wonderfully refreshing, this wine has a lively character and crisp acidity that adds vibrancy and keeps everything beautifully balanced. An ideal aperitif wine.
A refreshing choice with freshwater fish. It also pairs beautifully with seafood and pan-fried pork, as well as fruit salads and pancakes with fresh fruit.
- climate

Kakheti has a temperate continental climate with warm to hot summers and mild, dry winters, strongly influenced by the nearby Caucasus Mountains. As in Tuscany, days are warm while nights can cool considerably, creating ideal conditions for slow, even ripening.
- soil
-
The vineyards lie at an altitude of 480 to 500 metres. The topsoil consists of clay and stones over a thick layer of soft limestone (carbonate rock).
- vinification
-
After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and the must is immediately cooled to 5–6°C under inert gas. The clarified juice then ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14–15°C. The wine continues ageing on its fine lees until it is ready for bottling.
