Brilliant straw-yellow colour. Complex aromas of white cherries and citrus, accompanied by hints of green tea. Light and refreshing on the palate, enticingly lively and crisp, with characteristic notes of melon and honeysuckle. The finish is mineral and beautifully balanced. A delicate, refined wine that charms the palate.
This classically vinified Khikhvi has a dry, crisp character, making it ideal as a refreshing aperitif. It also pairs beautifully with grilled white fish, salads and mildly spiced Mediterranean dishes.

After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and the must is immediately cooled to 5–6°C under inert gas. The clarified juice then ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14–15°C. The wine continues ageing on its fine lees until it is ready for bottling.
