Puglia (Apulia) comes from the Roman A-Pluvia, which means without rain. This already says a lot about the climate. Mediterranean climate with very warm and dry summers and mild winters with limited precipitation.

Poor sandy soils with iron and lime.

vinification

After picking, the grapes are gently pressed. Very short maceration of the pellets, during which fermentation is started in stainless steel vats at low temperature. After a short half year of rest, the wine is then bottled and marketed.
