Bright in colour with golden-green reflections. Enticing floral and herbal aromas complement a refreshing core of gooseberry. Fresh fruit dominates the palate, supported by lively acidity that carries through to the finish. Lovely length, with a clean, mineral finish.
Perfect with all kinds of seafood and freshwater fish, or simply as an aperitif for refreshment on warm summer days.

100% Tsolikouri. Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are crushed and destemmed. The must is cooled to 5–6°C under inert gas to preserve its full aromatic expression. Fermentation takes place at 14–15°C. The wine then continues ageing on its fine lees until it is ready for bottling.
