The grape varieties: 50% Colombard for its aromatic delicacy 30% Ugni Blanc for its freshness and acidity 20% Gros Manseng for its fullness and fruitiness Appellation: Protected Designation of Origin Floc de Gascogne winemaking: Floc de Gascogne is the result of a subtle blend of two-thirds of fresh grape juice (not fermented), and a third of young Armagnac, from the vineyards of the domain. The grapes are picked ripe and are subject to strict quality controls at the time of the harvest.
