vinification

100% Cabernet sauvignon. Mechanical harvest at optimum ripeness. After destemming, a careful pressing follows, in which the juice is almost immediately transferred to stainless steel tanks, after which the wine is further fermented like a white wine. A delicate, rosé colour is retained.
