Beautiful garnet red colour with purple reflections. The nose is very expressive with typical aromas of forest fruits and herbs. The mouth is also full of ripe fruit with nicely integrated tannins. The Merlot grape gives the wine a round mouthfeel and velvety properties while the Cabernet ensures power and structure. Dry and balanced aftertaste.
Passe partout with classic French cuisine. Meat dishes: beef, veal and pork, chicken and other poultry.
