Beautiful, dark pink-red color. Fresh fruit bursts from the glass with notes of strawberries and raspberries with a fine hint of citrus in support. The mouth is round and fleshy. Bordeaux has a temperate maritime climate with mild but wet winters and fairly warm and dry summers.

Poor soils with clay in the upper layers and limestone in the subsoil.

vinification

100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Mechanical harvest at optimum ripeness. After being destemmed, the grapes are gently pressed and macerated for 24 to 48 hours to obtain a beautiful saignée colour. This is followed by a cold fermentation on stainless steel to preserve its fresh character. After half a year, the wine is bottled.
