The rich, intense and complex character of cabernet sauvignon is beautifully expressed here. The finale is quite long with a dry and balanced aftertaste.
Cabernet Sauvignon accompanies a nice piece of meat like no other. Beef but also poultry and various cheeses.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Mechanical harvest at optimum ripeness. After destemming and gentle pressing, fermentation is started in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks at 25°C for 15-25 days. The wine then remains for 12 months in a mix of used barrels.
